1. A.Applicant DTM Enterprise LLC has submitted a Final Plat located at 302 Locust Street to create 3 lots. The property is further identified on tax map 133J Group J Parcel 028.01 consisting of .275 acres.

2. B.Resolution 2024-PC-04 for a recommendation to accept the transfer of and ownership of said portion of Magnolia Drive.
