PUBLIC FORUM:

The Planning and Zoning Commission will receive comments from the public on any matters within the jurisdiction of the Commission. Speakers will be limited to three (3) minutes each and must sign-in prior to the meeting being called to order. Any deliberation or decision shall be limited to a proposal to place on the agenda of a future meeting.
