NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the order of the Office of the Governor issued March 16, 2020, the City Council will conduct its City Council Public Hearing - scheduled for 06:00 PM on Tuesday, September 06, 2022, at the City of Montgomery City Hall, 101 Old Plantersville Road, Montgomery, Texas.

Members of the public may view the meeting live on the City’s website www.montgomerytexas.gov under Agenda/Minutes and then select Live Stream Page (located at the top of the page). The Meeting Agenda Pack will be posted online at www.montgomerytexas.gov. The meeting will be recorded and uploaded to the City’s website.

For the Purpose of giving all interested persons the right to appear and be heard regarding the following:

Convene into the Public Hearing:

Tax Rate Public Hearing - regarding the 2022 tax rate of $.4000 per $100 valuation as proposed by the governing body of the City of Montgomery as the 2022 City tax Rate.

Adjourn Public Hearing:

1.Announcement of the date, time and location that City Council will adopt the 2022 Tax Rate for the City of Montgomery, which will be on September 13, 2022 at 6:00P.M. at Montgomery City Hall, 101 Old Plantersville Road, Montgomery, Texas.
