In compliance with the requirements of the Washington State Open Public Meetings Act (OPMA) the City accepts public comments concerning agenda items proposed for final action by the City Council (“Action Items”).     Approval of quotes: (1) Specialty Door in the amount of      $3,318.19 for weatherization of shop man and garage doors; (2) McVay      Brothers in the amounts of: (a) $4,702.38 for new gutter installation at      maintenance shop to address icing issues, (b) $690.49 for repair of      SCSO/SCOPE office entry door, and (c) $3,017.74 replace existing east-side      City Hall shop man door with new steel security door and locks; and (3)      Intermountain Sign & Safety for $6,566.00 to replace damaged/destroyed      iQ1200 Full Matrix Radar Speed Sign.

  2. b.RESOLUTION 2025-13 VEBA 2026 Reauthorization

  3. c.ORDINANCE #554 Amending MMC 5.02.010 Business Licenses and Regulations

  4. d.ORDINANCE #556 Amending MMC 15.16.040 Dangerous or Unfit Dwellings
