3.EXECUTIVE SESSION (4:30 PM) 

  1. A.An executive session for a conference with the town attorney for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions under C.R.S. Section 24-6-402 (4)(b) - discussion of amendments to SFE schedule in context of pending water court litigation.

4.APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA

Consent agenda items are routine Town business, items that have received clear direction previously from the council, final land-use file documents after the public hearing has been closed, or which do not require council deliberation.
