In accordance with §2.2-3711(A)(1) and 2.2-3711(A)(8) of the Code of Virginia, Town Council will convene in Closed Session.

1. 1.Town Council will convene in closed session for a discussion regarding a personnel matter, in accordance with Section 2.2-3711(A)(1) of the Code of Virginia and for consultation with legal counsel  regarding specific legal matters requiring the provision of legal advice by such counsel, in accordance with Section 2.2-3711(A)(8) of the Code of Virginia.
