K.EXECUTIVE SESSION (AS NEEDED)

In accordance with §2.2-3711(A)(1) of the Code of Virginia, Town Council will convene in Closed Session.

1. 1.In accordance with §2.2-3711(A)(8) of the Code of Virginia, Town Council will convene in Closed Session for consultation with legal counsel employed or retained by a public body regarding specific legal matters requiring the provision of legal advice by such counsel, said legal matters being the status of abandoned and/or derelict buildings within the Town and enforcement of Town Code Chapter 355 and Zoning Ordinance.
