1. A.APPROVE TIFD AWARD IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,000.00 TO THE CITY OF MILES CITY FOR REPAIR AND REPLACE OF THE ALLEY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF MAIN STREET BETWEEN S. 8TH AND S. 9TH STREETS.

2. B.APPROVE TIFD AWARD TO THE CITY OF MILES CITY IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,408.00 OR 80% OF THE $3010.00 PROJECT COST FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A RAIN GUTTER AT 813 MAIN STREET.

3. C.APPROVE DONATION CONCEPT AND PROPOSAL FOR SKATEPARK.

4. D.RESOLUTION NO. 4666 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MILES CITY DESIGNATING MARIJUANA TAX REVENUE TO BE DEPOSITED IN THE CITY’S CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND 4000.

5. E.Spencer Haynes Variance Request to waive park permit fee for Riverside Park Car Show Saturday after Labor Day, September 12th, 2026.

6. F.Petition filed to amend the 2025 Growth Policy to provide for consideration of a pending application to amend official Miles City zoning district map.

7. G.APPROVE CLAIMS FOR MONTH JANUARY 2026
