ORDINANCES [Action Item]

• 6.Ordinance No. 26-2124: An Ordinance (Pine 43 Mixed-Use Subdivision H-2024-0071) for rezone of a parcel of land located in the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 8, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, County of Ada, State of Idaho, as depicted in the map exhibit, rezoning 3.08 acres of land from C-G (General Retail and Service Commercial) zoning district to the R-15 (Medium High-Density Residential) zoning district in the Meridian City Code; directing city staff to alter all applicable use and area maps as well as the official zoning maps and all applicable official maps depicting the boundaries and the zoning districts of the City of Meridian in accordance with this ordinance; providing that copies of this ordinance shall be filed with the Ada County Assessor, the Ada County Treasurer, the Ada County Recorder, and the Idaho State Tax Commission, as required by law; and providing an effective date.

EXECUTIVE SESSION [Action Item] Per Idaho Code 74-206(1)(c):To acquire an interest in real property not owned by a public agency; 74-206(1)(f): To communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated but imminently likely to be litigated, and 74-206(1)(j): To consider labor contract matters authorized under section 74-206A (1)(a) and (b), Idaho Code.
