• 3.Public Hearing for High Desert Veterinary Hospital (H-2026-0022) by Travis Butterfield and McCarter Moorhouse, located at 3147 W. Belltower Dr.

  A. Request: Conditional Use Permit for an Animal Care Facility on approximately 0.397 acres of land currently zoned L-O.

  B. Request: Conditional Use Permit for an 88-unit, multi-family development on 2.57 acres of land in the C-C and C-G zoning districts.
