  A. Request: Annexation of 17.27 acres of land with R-8 (13.78 acres), R-15 (2.42 acres) and C-N (1.07 acres) zoning districts.

  B. Request: Preliminary Plat to re-subdivide lots 7, 21 and 22, Magic View Subdivision, Amended into 79 residential lots, 1 commercial lot and 11 common/other lots on 15.97 acres of land in the R-8, R-15 and C-N zoning districts.

ORDINANCES [Action Item]

• 6.Ordinance No. 26-2120: An Ordinance (Tong H-2025-0049) annexing land located in the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 19, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, as depicted in the map exhibit; rezoning 0.496 acres of such real property from the R1 (Estate Residential) zoning district to the R-4 (Medium Low-Density Residential) zoning district; directing city staff to alter all applicable use and area maps as well as the official zoning maps and all official maps depicting the boundaries and the zoning districts of the City of Meridian in accordance with this ordinance; providing that copies of this ordinance shall be filed with the Ada County Assessor, the Ada County Treasurer, the Ada County Recorder, and the Idaho State Tax Commission, as required by law; repealing conflicting ordinances; and providing an effective date. 

• 7.Ordinance No. 26-2121: An Ordinance (Driftwood Townhomes H-2025-0051) for rezone of land located in the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 36, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, as depicted in the map exhibit, rezoning 5.01 acres of land from the C-C (Community Business) zoning district to the TN-R (Traditional Neighborhood Residential) zoning district in the Meridian City Code; directing city staff to alter all applicable use and area maps as well as the official zoning maps and all applicable official maps depicting the boundaries and the zoning districts of the City of Meridian in accordance with this ordinance; providing that copies of this ordinance shall be filed with the Ada County Assessor, the Ada County Treasurer, the Ada County Recorder, and the Idaho State Tax Commission, as required by law; and providing an effective date.

• 8.Ordinance No. 26-2122: An Ordinance (Farrington Heights H-2025-0016) for rezone of land located in the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 7, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, as depicted in the map exhibit, rezoning 2.9 acres of land from the R-4 (Medium Low-Density Residential) zoning district to the R-15 (Medium High-Density Residential) zoning district in the Meridian City Code; directing city staff to alter all applicable use and area maps as well as the official zoning maps and all applicable official maps depicting the boundaries and the zoning districts of the City of Meridian in accordance with this ordinance; providing that copies of this ordinance shall be filed with the Ada County Assessor, the Ada County Treasurer, the Ada County Recorder, and the Idaho State Tax Commission, as required by law; and providing an effective date.
