  Recommended Action:

  Review results of the second community survey and the second virtual public meeting. Review the revised draft Capital Facilities Plan and consider adding new projects with majority support of the Parks and Recreation Commission. Review the draft 2023-2028 Parks Capital Improvement Plan and provide feedback.
