CONSENT AGENDA
Recommended Action: Approve the July 10, 2026 Payroll Certification in the amount of $1,130,111.10 and authorize the Mayor to sign the certification on behalf of the entire City Council.
Recommended Action: Approve the June 16, 2026 through June 30, 2026 Accounts Payable Certification of Claims in the amount of $1,676,657.15 and authorize the Mayor to sign the certification on behalf of the entire City Council.
Recommended Action: Approve the City Council Regular Hybrid Meeting Minutes of July 7, 2026.
Recommended Action: Postpone the 2026 PRV Replacement Project (90.40.0015) to the 2027-2028 biennium and reallocate $400,000 to Phase 1 of the 2028 Water System Improvements Project (90.40.0020).
Recommended Action: Reallocate $80,000 from the MICEC Annex Repair Project (90.05.0007) and $125,000 from the Luther Burbank Administrative Building Repairs Project (90.05.0008) to fund design and permitting of the City Hall Demolition Project (90.05.0022).
