The Trustees of the Mangum Utility Authority will meet in special session on June 12th, 2023, immediately following the City of Mangum Commission meeting for such business as shall come before said Trustees.

• 1.Discussion and Possible action to adopt the Fiscal Year 2024 Annual Budget as presented by the City Manager on the attached budget summary.

• 2.Discussion and possible action with regard to reviewing and accepting the City Manager, Larry Millers' contract for the FY2023-2024 with possible executive session in accordance with 25 O.S. 307(B)(1).

OPEN SESSION

• 3.Discussion and possible action in regard to executive session, if needed.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

• 4.Discussion and possible action with regard to reviewing and accepting the City Attorney, Corry Kendall's contract for the FY2023-2024 with possible executive session in accordance with 25 O.S. 307(B)(1).
