The Commission of the City of Mangum will meet in special session on August 29, 2023 at 8:00 AM, in the City Administration Building at 130 N. Oklahoma Ave, Mangum, OK for such business as shall come before said Commission.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

  • 1.Discussion and possible action with regard to a pending investigation involving HR complaint 2023-08-22A against the board of commissioners and the city attorney, the subject of which is confidential in accordance with state law and with advice of the attorney, public disclosure will impair the public body to process the claim with possible executive session in accordance with 25 OS 307(B)(4) and (7). Action includes disciplinary action, including up to expulsion.

  • 2.Discussion and possible action with regard to executive session.

  • 3.Discussion and possible action with regard to a pending investigation involving HR complaint 2023-08-22B against Commissioner of Public Highways, the subject of which is confidential in accordance with Oklahoma law and, with advice of the attorney, public disclosure will impair the public body to process the claim with possible executive session in accordance with 25 OS 307(B)(4) and (7). Action can include disciplinary action up to expulsion.
