The Trustees of the Mangum Utility Authority will meet in regular session on February 24th, 2023, immediately following the City of Mangum Commission meeting for such business as shall come before said Trustees.

• 1.Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No.2023-25 appointing a representative to serve on the election committee of the Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority and removing Dave Andren.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

• 2.Discussion and possible action to enter into executive session to discuss the employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining or resignation of any individual salaried public officer or employee, specifically to appoint an Interim City Manager. In accordance with 25 O.S. 307.1(B)(1).

• 3.Discussion and possible action with regard to executive session
