The Members of the Planning and Zoning Board will meet in special session on June 2, 2025, immediately following the Mangum Economic Development Authority meeting for such business as shall come before said Members.

1.Discussion and rendering a recommendation to the Board of Commissioners with regard to the East 125 feet of Lot 6 in Block “H” in the Government Addition to the City of Mangum, Greer County, Oklahoma, also known as 207 N. Pennsylvania, Mangum, OK 73554. The above property has previously been cited as a nuisance and not in compliance with the City of Mangum’s zoning regulations. The above property is zoned for residential use. However, the current owner is using it for non-residential purposes. The owner of the property has requested a hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission.
2.Discussion and rendering a recommendation to the Board of Commissioners with regard to the east 47 feet of Lot 8 and the east 47 feet of the south half of Lot 9, both in Block “G” in the Government Addition to the City of Mangum, Greer County, Oklahoma, also known as 219 E. Pierce St, Mangum, OK 73554. The above property has previously been cited as a nuisance and not in compliance with the City of Mangum’s zoning regulations. The above property is zoned for residential use. However, the current owner is using it for non-residential purposes. The owner of the property has requested a hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission.
