The Trustees of the Mangum Economic Development Authority will meet in special session on April 10, 2026, immediately following the Mangum Utility Authority meeting for such business as shall come before said Trustees.

• 1.Discussion and possible action regarding The City of Mangum purchasing a transformer ranging from $16,000 to $20,000 in order to entice  a business to locate to Mangum where public disclosure would violate the confidentiality of  the business with possible executive session in accordance with 25 O.S. 307(C)(10).

OPEN SESSION

• 2.Discussion and possible action in regard to executive session
