At this meeting, the Planning and Zoning Board will discuss the following items:

• 1.Discussion and rendering a recommendation to the Board of Commissioners in accordance with with regard to the presentation by Frank Keplar and Melanie Keplar to rezone the west 178.8 feet of Lot 16 and the west 181.5 feet of the north half of Lot 15 all in Block "C", in the Tittle Addition, to the Town, now city of Mangum, Greer County, Oklahoma less and except all of the oil, gas, and other minerals, also known as 330 N. Louis Tittle Avenue, Mangum, OK 73554, from a U-1 use to a U-2 use for installation of storage units or other commercial uses in accordance with 12-2-2 of the City's Ordinances. The recommendation will be submitted to the Board of Commissioners for official action. 

Any protest to the Zoning Amendment must be submitted in writing at least three (3) days prior to the public hearing by at least 20% of the owners in the area of the lots included in the proposed change or 50% of owners within a 300 foot radius of the exterior boundaries of the territory included in the proposed change.
