9.CONSENT AGENDA AND FINANCE COMMITTEE REPORT

  1. A.Resolution No. 2626-313-R: Authorizing the disposal or destruction of certain Fire Department records as reviewed by the Alabama Department of Archives and History

  2. B.Resolution No. 2026-325-R: Authorizing ratification of a one-year License Agreement with CoStar for CoStar Suite web-based software at a monthly cost of $430 ($5,160 annually) (to be paid from the Mayor's Office budget)

  3. C.Resolution No. 2026-328-R: Declaring 2009 Fire Safe House as surplus and authorizing its donation to the Hazel Green Volunteer Fire Department

  4. D.Authorize Appropriation to Revenue Department line 10-140-000-1917-00 in the amount of $60,000 for Professional Services Agreement with RiverTree Systems, Inc. (adopted by Resolution No. 2024-230-R)

  5. E.Resolution No. 2026-349-R: Declaring certain City vehicles as surplus and authorizing their disposal by public auction through Fowler Auction & Real Estate

  6. F.Resolution No. 2026-350-R: Declaring surplus and authorizing the disposal of obsolete personal property formerly used by the Fire Department pursuant to Section 16-108 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Madison

  7. G.Resolution No. 2026-356-R:  Authorizing an Agreement with Taylor Properties Alabama, LLC, for the sale of property located on Kyser Boulevard, which was declared surplus via Ordinance No. 2026-295

  8. H.Resolution No. 2026-357-R:  Ratifying Contractor Agreements for Fire Station No. 2 repairs and transferring funds to appropriate budget (Transfer of $110,780 to Facilities and Grounds Budget, Fire Repairs Line item)

  9. I.Acceptance of $97.60 donation from PropertyRoom.com (to be deposited into Madison Police Department Donations account)

  10. J.Acceptance of Madison Fire & Rescue appropriations from Madison County Commission in the amount of $22,000 (to be deposited in the Madison Fire Dept donation account)

  11. K.Authorize payment to ALDOT in the amount of $446,010.01 for outstanding invoice for I-565 & County Line Road interchange project closeout expenses (pursuant to Resolution No. 2013-008-R and Agreement dated February 2013, to be paid from General Fund’s Beginning Fund Balance)

  12. L.Acceptance of a supplemental insurance payment from Alabama Municipal Insurance Corporation in the amount of $435.00 on Claim No. 066027 for replacement of graphics to a Police Department vehicle (original insurance settlement approved via Resolution No. 2026-259-R)
