9.CONSENT AGENDA AND FINANCE COMMITTEE REPORT

  1. A.Resolution No. 2026-280-R: Authorizing the disposal or destruction of certain City Clerk-Treasurer Department records as reviewed by the Alabama Department of Archives and History

  2. B.Resolution No. 2026-288-R: Acceptance of insurance settlement from Alabama Municipal Insurance Corporation for Claim No. 065848 on a collision incident which occurred April 30, 2026, to a Public Works Vehicle ($2,115.72 [minus $1,000 deductible] to be deposited into General Operating account)

  3. C.Acceptance of $150,000.00 donation from Commissioner Steve Haraway, District 2 (to be deposited into the Police Department Donations account)
