To protect the public health during the COVID-19 pandemic, according to State and Federal guidelines, the City Council will observe social distancing procedures at the Council Meeting. Anyone who is sick or who is living with a quarantined family member should not attend the meeting. City Council meetings are broadcast live on local Wow! Channel 42 and online streaming (visit https://www.madisonal.gov/709/view-city-council-meeting) for access. Members of the public would like to weigh in on a Council matter but do not want to attend due to concerns about the pandemic may contact the City Clerk's Office or the Mayor's Office (contact information on City website www.madisonal.gov) or text the word "comment" to 938-200-8560

Anyone who would like to submit a presentation to the City Council must email it to the City Clerk by noon on the Friday prior to the meeting. Anyone who cannot attend the meeting in person and would like to email written comments must do so by noon of the Council meeting date, and address comments to citycouncil@madisonal.gov

  2. B.Resolution No. 2023-034-R: Approving an annual appropriation agreement with the Madison Arts Council for FY 23 in the amount of $5,000 to be paid from General Operating account

  3. C.Resolution No. 2023-139-R: Providing for the disposition of personal property of negligible value, formerly used by the Court Department, via destruction due to outdated software, pursuant to Section 16-108 of the Code of Ordinances.
