9.CONSENT AGENDA AND FINANCE COMMITTEE REPORT

  1. A.Resolution No. 2026-180-RDeclaring duty weapon and police badge issued to Captain Terrell Cook as surplus and authorizing that they be given to him upon his retirement

  2. B.Resolution No. 2026-186-R: Declaring surplus and authorizing the disposal of obsolete personal property formerly used by the Fire Department pursuant to Section 16-108 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Madison

  3. C.Resolution No. 2026-188-R: Declaring surplus and authorizing the sale of personal property formerly used by the Fire Department through Govdeals pursuant to Section 16-107 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Madison 

  4. D.Resolution No. 2026-197-R: Authorizing an agreement with AARP for the acceptance of 2026 AARP Community Challenge Grant funding in the amount of $25,000

  5. E.Resolution No. 2026-198-RAuthorizing one-year network and cybersecurity support services renewal with White Rhino Security for both new and existing City facilities ($16,000 to be paid from Information Technology Department budget)

  6. F.Resolution No. 2026-199-RAuthorizing one-year network security subscription renewal with Unico Technology in the amount of $12,610.76 (to be paid from Information Technology Department budget)
