Anyone who would like to submit a presentation to the City Council must email it to the City Clerk by noon on the Friday prior to the meeting. Anyone who cannot attend the meeting in person and would like to email written comments must do so by noon of the Council meeting date, and address comments to citycouncil@madisonal.gov

9.CONSENT AGENDA AND FINANCE COMMITTEE REPORT

  1. A.Acceptance of $0.02 donation from PropertyRoom.com (to be deposited into Madison Police Department Donations account)

  2. B.Resolution No. 2026-181-RAcceptance of recovery deductible from Alabama Municipal Insurance Corporation on Claim No. 065241 for an incident which occurred December 10, 2025 to a Public Works vehicle ($1,000.00 to be deposited into General Operating account)

  3. C.Resolution No. 2026-182-R: Acceptance of pro rata deductible share recovered, in the amount of $954.10, from Alabama Municipal Insurance Corporation for Claim No. 064729 for incident which occurred on August 28, 2025 (to be deposited into General Operating account)

  4. D.Acceptance of TVA rebate in the amount of $101,701.28 for the LED lighting project in Palmer Park.
