1. A.Resolution No. 2026-222-R: Amending the Utility Expense Sharing Agreement with Intergraph Improved Properties, LLC

2. B.Resolution No. 2026-233-R: Authorizing the disposal or destruction of certain City Clerk-Treasurer Department records as reviewed by the Alabama Department of Archives and History

3. C.Resolution No. 2026-234-R: Authorizing the disposal or destruction of certain Human Resource Department records as reviewed by the Alabama Department of Archives and History

4. D.Resolution No. 2026-245-R: Accepting a grant award from the Toyota Foundation for the 2026 Mayor's Youth Council

E.Resolution No. 2026-259-R: Acceptance of insurance settlement from Alabama Municipal Insurance Corporation for Claim No. 066027BS caused by a collision involving a police vehicle which occurred on May 12th, 2026  ($6,102.55 [less $1,000 deductible] to be deposited into General Operating account)

• A.Resolution No. 2026-241-R: Acceptance of Statement of Work Quote No. Q-121879-1 from CivicPlus for agenda management software conversion and implementation services in the amount of $8,000 for the initial term, with annual recurring subscription fees of $12,000 thereafter (to be paid from City Clerk Department budget)

ENGINEERING

• A.Resolution No. 2026-231-R: Authorizing a Construction Agreement for a Federal Aid Project with the Alabama Department of Transportation - City of Madison Project 26-003 (ALDOT Project No. CRPHV-4526(250)) for Pedestrian and Intersection Improvements on Town Madison Blvd at the entrance and exit ramps for I-565

• B.Resolution No. 2026-240-R: Authorization for Norfolk Southern Railway Company to incur and bill costs to review project plans on Project 26-012 Town Madison Greenway Extension in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00 (to be paid from Engineering Department Budget)

• A.Resolution No. 2026-251-R: Authorizing a Contractor Agreement with J. Hendrix Design, LLC d/b/a Replica Plastics for the design, fabrication, and installation of an America 250 Project "Madison" sculpture in an amount not to exceed $86,750 (to be paid from the MADiSON Letters Account)

HUMAN RESOURCES

• A.Resolution No: 2026-242-R: Moving the Administrative Plan/Bid Coordinator position from the Planning Department to the Legal Department effective August 3, 2026.

• B.Resolution No. 2026-243-R: Economic Development Coordinator, Grade 112 Position Change to Economic Development Coordinator, Grade 116.  This position will be moved from the Planning Department to the Mayor's Office.

• C.Resolution No. 2026-244-R: Approval of Grade 105 Executive Assistant Position for the Planning Department.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

• A.Proposed Ordinance No. 2026-217:  Approving addition of Chapter 15 to the City of Madison Personnel Policies and Procedures to provide Computer and Artificial Intelligence Use Policies (First Reading 06/22/2026)

• B.Resolution No. 2026-246-R: Authorizing a Contractor Agreement with CT Integrated Solutions, Inc. for the purchase and installation of IP Camera and camera network cables at the Municipal Complex Building located at 100 Hughes Road in the amount of $29,845 (to be paid from IT Department budget)

• A.Resolution No. 2026-252-R:  Authorizing Agreement with Deckard Technologies for Rentalscape Short Term Rental Property Monitoring Services and Online Complaint Form Service ($8,000.00 from Building Department Maintenance Contract Account).
