9.CONSENT AGENDA AND FINANCE COMMITTEE REPORT

  1. A.Resolution No. 2026-299-R: Acceptance of insurance settlement from Alabama Municipal Insurance Corporation for Claim No. 066288 caused by a collision involving a police vehicle which occurred on July 4, 2026  ($4,827.51 [less $1,000 deductible] to be deposited into General Operating account)

  2. B.Resolution No. 2026-304-R: Authorizing the termination of a Professional Services Agreement with Valerie Harp and Joshua Harp Dream Vacations, d/b/a Vacations by Val Travel Group for professional travel agent services for participants in Madison Senior Center programs and activities

  3. C.Resolution No. 2026-309-R: Acceptance of insurance settlement from Alabama Municipal Insurance Corporation for Claim No. 066179 arising from a collision involving a police vehicle which occurred on June 25, 2026 in the amount of $6,320.72 (to be deposited into General Operating account)

  4. D.Resolution No. 2026-310-R: Acceptance of insurance settlement from Alabama Municipal Insurance Corporation for Claim No. 065992 caused by a collision involving a police vehicle which occurred on May 21, 2026 in the amount of $8,954.56 (to be deposited into General Operating account)

  5. E.Acceptance of supplemental insurance payment from Alabama Municipal Insurance Corporation in the amount of $1,582.84 on Claim No. 066027 for damage to a Police Department vehicle (original insurance settlement approved via Resolution No. 2026-259-R)

  6. F.Acceptance of supplemental insurance payment from Alabama Municipal Insurance Corporation in the amount of $1,740.58 on Claim No. 065848 for damage to a Building Department vehicle (original insurance settlement approved via Resolution No. 2026-230-R)

  7. G.Approval to accept donation in the amount of $100.00 from Sandra and Jeffrey Mehlhorn (to be deposited into Fire Donation account)

  8. H.Acceptance of a donation from Commissioner Steve Haraway in the amount of $50,000 to be used for repaving Gillespie Road (to be deposited in the General Operating account)
