1. A.Resolution No. 2026-218-R: Acceptance of $2,500 Grant from The Citizenship Trust -America 250AL Fireworks presentation (to be deposited into Recreation Department budget)

2. B.Acceptance of a donation from Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary in the amount of $350 to be used for the annual Safe Haven Baby Box fees (to be deposited into the Safe Haven Baby Box Expenditures account)

3. C.Acceptance of a donation from Commissioner Steve Haraway in the amount of $40,000 to be used for replacing fire hose (to be deposited in the Fire Donation account)

• A.Proposed Ordinance No. 2026-210: Amending Article V, Section 8-101 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Madison relating to the issuance of Certificate of Occupancy fees (First Reading)

ENGINEERING

• A.Resolution No. 2026-205-R: Authorizing Amendment No. 2 with OHM Advisors for additional wetland services on Project No. 25-017, Garner Street Extension in the amount of $10,000 (to be paid from Engineering Department budget)

FACILITIES AND GROUNDS

• A.Resolution No. 2026-192-R: Authorizing a Professional Services Agreement with Brown O'Dell & Partners Architects for the provision of architectural design and construction documents for a new outdoor restroom building at Sunshine Oaks in the amount of $33,860 (to be paid from Facilities and Grounds Special Projects budget)

• B.Resolution No. 2026-183-R: Approving a percentage-based architectural services agreement with Goodwyn Mills Cawood, LLC, for the renovation and maintenance of the municipal court complex and City Council chambers (Approximately $90,000 to be paid from Municipal Court Corrections Fund transfer to Fund 38)

FIRE & RESCUE

• A.Resolution No. 2026-212-R: Authorizing the submission of an application for an Assistance to Firefighters Grant for the replacement of radios in the amount of $546,000, with a required City match of approximately $49,636 to be paid from FY 27 General Operating budget, if awarded

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

• A.Proposed Ordinance No. 2026-217:  Approving Addition of Chapter 15 to the City of Madison Personnel Policies and Procedures to provide Computer and Artificial Intelligence Use Policies (First Reading)

PLANNING

• A.Resolution No. 2026-202-R: Setting a public hearing on Proposed Ordinance No. 2026-203; zoning certain property owned by Laura McCormick and Thomas Makies, consisting of 1.54 acres, located at 167 Brentwood Lane, south of Eastview Drive and west of Lewter Drive, R-1A (Low Density Residential) upon annexation (First Publication 6/17/2026, Synopsis 6/24/2026, Public Hearing 7/13/2026) 

• B.Proposed Ordinance No. 2026-204: Assenting to the annexation of property located at 167 Brentwood Lane, south of Eastview Drive and west of Lewter Drive, into the City of Madison (First Reading)

• C.Resolution No. 2026-206-R: Authorizing commitment of local match funding for a Federal Consolidated Rail Infrastructure and Safety Improvement Grant ($1,000,000 City matching funds)

POLICE

• A.Resolution No. 2026-213-R: Awarding Bid No. 2026-007-ITB for the purchase of pistols for the Madison Police Department to GT Distributors, Inc. in the amount of $96,135.84 and authorizing the trade-in of existing pistols for a total trade-in value of $47,910.00 (to be paid from Police Department budget)

• B.Resolution No. 2026-219-R:  Authorizing a Professional Services Agreement with Wellstone, Inc., for the provision of mental wellness services for first responders ($120.00 per appointment to be paid from HR Department Budget)

RECREATION

• A.Resolution No. 2026-214-R: Authorizing a Professional Services Agreement with Ashley Bailey for the provision of creative literacy instruction services at no cost to the City

• B.Resolution No. 2026-215-R: Authorizing a Professional Services Agreement with Michelle Thao for the provision of "Mommy & Me" fitness instruction services at no cost to the City
