Sumas is assisting surrounding WID's with contracting for ditch cleaning services. City has Interlocal with WID's. What role does City of Lynden want to have?

Pepin Creek Main Street Bridge - Interwest - Additional asphalt approach work delayed until 2023. Weather impacts.

West Main Street - Berthusen RAB - CERB funding received ($4.5M), City will use local funds for match. Final agreement and conditions met by May 18, 2023.

Guide Meridian Pump Station - Colacurcio - Working on gravity sewer main to the west.
South Park Water/Street/Sidewalk Improvements - Strider - Suspended until 2023.
NW Fair and Event Center Stormwater Improvements - DeKoster - Finalizing easement with fairgrounds.
Bradley Road Complete Street Improvement - Seeking Congressional earmark for roundabout.
Cedar Drive Utility and Street Improvements - Street vacation in exchange for Pump Station easement.
8691 Benson Road - Abating asbestos and planned training burn in December or January.
Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion - SEPA completed, and Engineering Report approved. Waiting to hear results of DOE design grant/loan application in January.
Jim Kaemingk Trail Extension - Depot to 8th - USFW comments received by Army Corps, still waiting for National Marine Fisheries comments. Asking for assistance from lobbyist with Congressional delegation.
Community Center Renovation - Interviews scheduled with two firms on December 8.
Pine Street Bridge - Received $5.5M loan (20 years, 1.39%) from PWTF. (See attached letter)
