This is an in-person meeting that will be held in the Town Council Chambers at 110 E. Main Street. Members of the public may provide public comments on agenda items in-person. Instructions on how to participate are listed at the end of this agenda.

RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend appointments to the Town Council as stated by the Town Clerk or designee and instruct the preparation of a report containing the recommendations for Town Council consideration at the June 2, 2026, meeting of the Town Council.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
The public is welcome to provide oral comments in person by completing a “speaker’s card” located on the back of the chamber benches. Speaker’s cards should be return it to the Town Clerk before the meeting or when the Mayor opens public comment.
NOTES: Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes or less at the Mayor’s discretion.

Deadlines to submit written comments are:
-3:00 p.m. the business day before the Committee meeting for inclusion in an addendum.
-11:00 a.m. on the day of the Committee meeting for inclusion in a desk item.
