  2. 2.Consideration and ACTION to approve a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Los Fresnos and South Texas ISD regarding the use of the parking lot at Memorial Park.

  3. 3.Consideration and ACTION to approve the Los Fresnos Police Department to participate in the Law Enforcement Support Office program (1033 Program).

  4. 4.Consideration and ACTION to approve the CDC action to approve funding for the Los Fresnos Falcon Little League.

  5. 5.Consideration and ACTION to approve a resolution of the City of Los Fresnos, Texas authorizing intervention in AEP Texas INC.’s application to amend its rider mobile temporary emergency electric energy facilities before the commission; approving cooperation with the cities served by AEP Texas; hiring Lloyd Gosselink attorneys and consulting services to negotiate with the company and direct any necessary litigation and appeals; requiring reimbursement of cities’ rate case expenses; finding that the meeting at which this resolution is passed is open to the public as required by law; requiring notice of this resolution to the company and legal counsel.

  6. 6.Consideration and ACTION to excuse the absence of Leo Casanova from the April 6, 2026 CDC meeting.

  7. 7.Consideration and ACTION to excuse the absence of Claudia M. Villarreal from the April 6, 2026 CDC meeting.

  8. 8.Consideration and ACTION to excuse the absence of Robert Walsdorf from April 20, 2026 Planning & Zoning meeting.

  9. 9.Consideration and ACTION to excuse the absence of Luis Gonzalez from the April 14, 2026 City Council meeting and the April 28, 2026 Special City Council meeting.

F.ACTION ITEMS

  1. 1.Consideration and ACTION to adopt the City of Los Fresnos Drainage Master Plan.

  2. 2.Consideration and ACTION to accept a Petition Requesting Annexation by Land Owner for a 29.229 Acre Tract of land out of Tract 45, Subdivision “F” of Paredes Tract Subdivision in Share 19. Espiritu Santo Grant, Cameron County, Texas; Said 29.229 Acre Tract also being out of certain 747.21 Acre Tract of land described in Deed recorded in Volume 22333, Page 291 of the Official Records of Cameron County Texas located on the southeast side of the City of Los Fresnos and set at date and time for a public hearing.

  3. 3.Consideration and ACTION to approve the second reading of an ordinance of the City of Los Fresnos, Texas, establishing regulations for special events, pop up markets, and farmers markets; providing definitions; requiring permits; establishing application procedures, location and operational standards; authorizing markets in conjunction with other events; providing for fees, enforcement, penalties, severability; and providing an effective date.

  4. 4.Consideration and ACTION to update the fee schedule to reflect the fees for a special event permit.

  5. 5.Consideration and ACTION to appoint a member to Place 2 of the Planning & Zoning Commission for an unexpired term.
