  15. 15.Consideration and ACTION to approve a resolution of the City of Los Fresnos supporting HB 4050 filed by State Representative Janie Lopez in support of a study by the Texas Department of Transportation to incorporate drainage in its planning process. 

  16. 16.Consideration and ACTION to approve a resolution of the City of Los Fresnos supporting HB 4329 filed by State Representative Janie Lopez in support of a study by the Texas Water Development Board on the factors that affect the costs of developing drainage infrastructure. 

  17. 17.Consideration and ACTION to approve a resolution of the City of Los Fresnos supporting HB 4331 filed by State Representative Janie Lopez in support of a study by the Texas Water Development Board to identify ways to streamline the environmental review process for flood infrastructure fund projects.
