D.ACTION ITEMS

1. 1.Consideration and ACTION to award the construction contract for the CID 03 – Los Fresnos' Resaca Escondida Drainage Improvements Project (TWDB Project No. 73922) in the amount of $231,227.00, which equates to the Base Bid to Jimmy Closner and Sons, Construction Co., Inc., of Mercedes, Texas, the lowest responsive responsible bidder.

2. 2.Consideration and ACTION to amend an agreement for Professional Engineering Services with Guzman & Munoz Engineering and Surveying, Inc.

3. 3.Consideration and ACTION to approve installation of wastewater service to three areas on Henderson Road near FM 1847 previously annexed by the city.

1. 1.Deliberation regarding personnel matters pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, specifically to review applications, discuss qualifications, and deliberate the selection of candidates for the position of City Manager, including consideration of additional applicants and modification of the candidate pool.
