A.NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM

1. 1.NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a possible quorum of the City Council of the City of Los Fresnos may be present for a tour of the City’s Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants on:

   Date: Monday, October 5, 2026
   Time: 8:30 a.m.
   Locations: Water Treatment Plant:  809 S. Nogal St. and Wastewater Treatment Plant:  909 S. Nogal St.

   Purpose:

   Members of the City Council may tour the facilities and receive information from City staff regarding the operation, maintenance, infrastructure, equipment, capacity, and other matters related to the City’s water and wastewater systems.

   A quorum of the City Council may be present. No formal action will be taken by the City Council during the tour.

This is to certify that I, Jacqueline Moya, posted this agenda on the front bulletin board of the City Hall and the city website at www.cityoflosfresnos.com on September 29, 2026 on or before 5:30 p.m. and it shall remain so posted continuously for at least 3 business days preceding the scheduled time of said meeting.
