  3. 3.Consideration and ACTION to approve a Proclamation recognizing October 19–23, 2026, as Texas Chamber of Commerce Week in the City of Los Fresnos, with special recognition of October 21, 2026, as Support Your Local Chamber of Commerce Day.

  4. 4.Consideration and ACTION to approve a resolution adopting the Investment Policy and Strategies for fiscal year 2026-2027.

  5. 5.Consideration and ACTION to award the construction contract for the CID 01 – Los Fresnos' Valle Alto Drainage Improvements Project (TWDB Project No. 73922) in the amount of $206,348.50, which equates to the Base Bid to Rovan Texas, LLC, of Mercedes, Texas, the lowest responsive responsible bidder.

  6. 6.Consideration and ACTION to approve closing city offices at 12:00 pm on December 18, 2026 for an employee End of the Year Celebration.

  7. 7.Consideration and ACTION to appoint a member to Place 6 of the Los Fresnos Community Development Corporation for an unexpired term.
