D.ACTION ITEMS

1. 1.Consideration and action to approve Change Order No. 3 to the construction contract awarded to M.J.A. Construction, LLC under the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) CDBG Contract No. CDV23-0338.

2. 2.Consideration and ACTION to amend the interlocal agreement with Cameron County Regional Mobility Authority (CCRMA) to include the preliminary engineering services, construction and maintenance with Union Pacific Railroad Company for the affected railroad track and right away near the project area.

3. 3.Consideration and ACTION to approve a resolution for the submission of the grant application for the 2027 Operation Lone Star Grant to the Office of the Governor.

4. 4.Consideration and ACTION to approve the 2024-2025 Audit Report.
