  4. 4.Consideration and ACTION to acknowledge the automatic resignation and hold over provision for Gabriela Fernandez, Council Member Place 3.

  5. 5.Consideration and ACTION to approve the Order of Election and Notice of Election for the January 27, 2026 City Special Election and authorize the City Secretary to make any necessary changes in locations, days, dates, and times that may be ordered by the Governor or the Cameron County Elections Office.
