  1. 1.Consideration and ACTION to approve the minutes for October 14, 2025.

  2. 2.Consideration and ACTION to approve the Quarterly Investment Portfolio Report ended as of September 20, 2025.

  3. 3.Consideration and ACTION to approve a resolution for the submission of a grant application by the City of Los Fresnos for the Operation Lone Star Grant Program to the Office of the Governor.

  4. 4.Consideration and ACTION to approve a resolution of the City of Los Fresnos, Texas finding that Texas Gas Service Company’s, a division of One Gas, INC., statement of intent to increase rates filing within the city should be denied; finding that the city’s reasonable rate case expenses shall be reimbursed by the company; finding that the meeting at which this resolution is passed is open to the public as required by law; requiring notice of this resolution to the company and legal counsel.

  5. 5.Consideration and ACTION to approve the Los Fresnos Community Developments action to approve a website for the Community Development Corporation.   

  6. 6.Consideration and ACTION to approve the Los Fresnos Community Development Corporations action to approve social media video production.

  7. 7.Consideration and ACTION to approve the Los Fresnos Community Development Corporations action to partner with Workforce Solutions Cameron for a High-Demand Job Training Grant program delivered through Texas Southmost College.

  8. 8.Consideration and ACTION to excuse the absence of Pedro Maldonado from October 6, 2025 CDC meeting. 

  9. 9.Consideration and ACTION to approve a resolution of the City of Los Fresnos, Texas, authorizing the submission of a contract amendment request for Texas Community Development Block Grant Program (TXCDBG) contract number CDV23-0338 between the City of Los Fresnos and the Texas Department of Agriculture.

  1. 1.Consideration and ACTION to approve a petition to be released from the Los Fresnos Extraterritorial Jurisdiction by a landowner with property located on Bingley Rd. (FM 2893) & Kendall Lane.

  2. 2.Consideration and ACTION to approve the first and second reading of an ordinance releasing property from the city’s Extraterritorial Jurisdiction.

  3. 3.Consideration and ACTION to enter into an Estoppel Agreement for TIRZ #2.

  4. 4.Consideration and ACTION to approve payment for emergency repairs for a collapsed sewer line and manhole.

  5. 5.Consideration and ACTION to approve funding the grant preparation for the Irrigation Canal Project.
