The EDA must appoint members of the Board to the positions of Chair and Vice-Chair each year. Upon discussion of the officer positions, staff recommends a motion be made to appoint members of the EDA to the positions of Chair and Vice-Chair for calendar year 2025. Board member Dyvik served as Chair in 2024, with Board member Feldmann serving as Vice-Chair. Once the 2025 Chair and Vice-Chair have been appointed, the 2025 Chair will continue officiating the meeting.
NOTE: Open Correspondence is an item on the agenda during which the public may address the Economic Development Authority. No formal action is taken by the EDA and comments shall be limited to five minutes or less. Open Correspondence comments may also be emailed to City staff by 12:00 noon on the date of the meeting.
