1.Call to Order

The meeting will be called to order by Secretary Leachman. Once recommendations have been made by the Board for the 2025 Chair and Secretary officer positions (Agenda Item No. 4A), the Board's selected 2025 Chair will then continue officiating the meeting.

2.Administer Oath of Office to New Park Board Member / Welcome & Introductions

The City Clerk will administer the Oath of Office to new Park Board member, Mark Preissing.
