In accordance with the Lincoln County Zoning Ordinance 2017-22-8, Chapter 11.1-11.4, notice is hereby given that the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners, acting in their capacity as the Planning and Zoning Commissioner, will hold a public hearing at the Lincoln County Courthouse, 111 West B Street Shoshone, Idaho 83352, on November 25, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. to hear public comment on proposed amendments to the Lincoln County Zoning Ordinance Chapter 8.0, Housing Qualifications. A copy of the current regulations and proposed changes are available at the Lincoln County Planning and Zoning office.
