• 3.JK Potatoes 20511 F ST Rupert, ID 83350 are requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a 3-acre split to include a Potato Cellar. The purpose of the split is to allow for the construction of a potato cellar, which will be built and operated by a separate party. RP06S20E360004, a 620-acre lot zone A40, located in Paul, ID in accordance with Lincoln County Zoning Ordinance 2024-08,4.4.4.2 additional dwellings. 
  4.4.4.2 Identifies Additional dwellings as a Conditional Use Permit in the AG40 zone. 

• 4.Kristi and Garrin Douglas 59 S 200 E Shoshone, ID 83352, are requesting a Variance for the continued use of an existing ADU located within a shop structure, which does not conform to the requirements of the current zoning ordinance on RPO6S18E065100, an 18-acre lot zoned AS, located at 59 S 200 E Shoshone, ID 83352, in accordance with Lincoln County Zoning Ordinance 2024-06, 8.3.2.6 The square footage of the ADU may not exceed the lesser of seven hundred (700) square feet, excluding open storage areas, garages, and carports. 
  8.3.2. 6 Identifies a variance is necessary for an ADU measuring more than 700 square feet in an A5 zone.
