CALL TO ORDER

1.Requesting the Planning Commission to hear and make a recommendation to the Board of County Commission on, PETITION NO. PP 23-06: Mr. Ronald Parrish surveyor, representing Loy Ann Mann, petitioning the Commission for a Preliminary Plat (Indian Acres) to divide 102.42 acres MOL into three lots and a conservation area. Said parcel is located in Section 11, Township 12S, Range 14E in Levy County, Florida and has a land use and zoning of ARR/Agricultural Rural Residential (10ac minimum). Parcel Number: 0096700300

2.Requesting the Planning Commission to hear and make a recommendation to the Board of County Commission on, Petition No. 23-03: Levy County Planning Commission will be hearing Levy County Planning and Zoning staff presentation on the forthcoming revisions to Chapter 6, Alcoholic Beverages and Chapter 22, Businesses and Chapter 50 (Land Development Code) of the County Code of Ordinance related to Zoning District Use regulations, as well as general reorganization of Chapter 50 (Land Development Code). The Planning Commission will review and make recommendations to the Levy County Board of County Commission.

3.Requesting the Planning Commission to hear and make a recommendation to the Board of County Commission on, Petition No. 23-04: Evaluation and Appraisal Transmittal - Levy County Planning Commission will be hearing Levy County Planning and Zoning staff presentation on the Transmittal of the Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR), the seven-year legislative update to the Levy County Comprehensive Plan. The Planning Commission will review and make recommendations to the Levy County Board of County Commission.

4.The Planning Commission desires to adopt rules for the orderly conduct of its meetings, agenda management, public participation and quasi-judicial proceedings, including ex-parte communication
