Approval of Agenda - The TRIM notice incorrectly listed 9 AM as the time for the public hearing to adopt the Special Assessment Resolutions. This is a conflict with the Preliminary Resolutions adopted by the Board, which set the public hearing for 5:15 PM; as such this meeting will be recessed and reconvened at 5:15 PM for the public hearing to adopt the Special Assessment Resolutions.  As a courtesy, in light of the error, the Board will take comments at this time from any person present who cannot or does not wish to come back at 5:15 PM for the public hearing.
