• 4.Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners to receive a presentation from the Florida Rural Water Association on the Manatee and University Oaks Water Systems.

• 5.Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners to reject all bids for ITB_2024_013, Courthouse Addition & Renovation.

• 6.Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners to approve AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO TASK ASSIGNMENT 2022-04 to BARNETT, FRONCZAK, BARLOWE & SHULER ARCHITECTS for $30,980.

• 10.Presenting the Department of Public Safety Fiscal Year 2025 Second Quarter Report.

• 11.Presenting the EMS write-offs for the first half of FY2025 to the Board for approval.

• 12.Requesting the Board’s approval to purchase a chassis using the FLORIDA SHERIFFS ASSOCIATION LIGHT VEHICLE CONTRACT FSA 24-VEL-32.7) from Duval Ford in the amount of $69,715.00

LEVY COUNTY GRANT COORDINATOR – BROOKE SMITH

• 13.Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners approve Work Order 25-12 with Passero Associates in the amount of $61,530 for Professional Design and Bidding Services for the new lighted kiosk and restroom building at the George T. Lewis Airport (CDK). This work is 100% funded from an FDOT Public Transportation Grant in the amount of $450,000.

• 15.Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners to approve Ordinance Number 2025-6. AN ORDINANCE OF LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF THE LEVY COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN BY CHANGING THE LAND USE CATEGORY OF APPROXIMATELY 17.5 ACRES (PARCEL ID NUMBERS 0091800000, 0091800300 AND 0091800100) LOCATED AT 6750 AND 6850 NW 100TH STREET AND 9851 NW COUNTY ROAD 345 CHIEFLAND, FLORIDA, FROM URBAN LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (LDR) TO COMMERCIAL (C); PROVIDING DIRECTIONS  TO THE COUNTY MANAGER; PROVIDING A  SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A REPEALING  CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR EXCLUSION FROM  CODIFICATION; AND PROVIDING DIRECTIONS TO THE CLERK AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

• 16.Quasi-Judicial Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners to approve Ordinance Number 2025-7. AN ORDINANCE OF LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ATLAS BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 17.5 ACRES (PARCEL ID NUMBERS 0091800000, 0091800300 AND 0091800100) LOCATED AT 6750 AND 6850 NW 100TH STREET AND 9851 NW COUNTY ROAD 345 CHIEFLAND, FLORIDA, FROM URBAN SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R-1) TO NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL (C-2); PROVIDING DIRECTIONS  TO THE COUNTY MANAGER; PROVIDING A  SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A REPEALING  CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR EXCLUSION FROM  CODIFICATION; AND PROVIDING DIRECTIONS TO THE CLERK AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

• 17.(1) Award of a Contract in the amount of $154,780.00 to Cornerstone Construction Service, Inc. as the lowest responsive responsible bidder for ITB2025-14 – Levy County Solid Waste Transfer Station Tipping Floor.

• 18.Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners, approval of Resolution 2025-39. A Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Levy County, Florida, amending the final budget for fiscal year 2024-2025 in the amount of $9,261 due to receipt of additional revenue from a State Aid to Libraries grant; and providing an effective date.

• 19.              Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners, approval of Resolution 2025-41.

   A Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Levy County, Florida, amending the final budget for fiscal year 2024-2025 in the amount of $125,000 due to receipt of additional revenue from a public transportation grant; and providing an effective date.

• 20.Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners, approval of Resolution 2025-40. A Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Levy County, Florida, amending the final budget for fiscal year 2024-2025 in the amount of $488,234 due to receipt of additional revenue from
  a public transportation grant; and providing for an effective date.
