• 3.PUBLIC HEARING:   Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners’ approval of Hardship Variance (Ha. Va. 03-20) for Angela Rain and William Rain.

LEVY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY – Mitch Harrell, Director

• 4.Requesting the Board’s approval on the Memorandum of Understanding between the Levy County Board of County Commissioners and the Levy County Professional Paramedic and EMTs, IAFF, Local #4069; Recruitment and Retention Incentive Program.

• 5.Requesting the Board’s approval of Resolution 2020-142 approving a Recruitment and Retention Incentive Program for full time Public Safety Paramedics and EMTs, approving Form Agreements, and authorizing the Director of Public Safety to execute completed agreements on behalf of the Board.

• 8.Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners’ approval of Resolution 2020-139 to amend the Final Budget for FY 2020-2021.  Mosquito Control services.

• 9.              A motion to approve the Subordination Agreement and authorize the Chair to execute the Agreement, subject to the condition subsequent that the information contained in Paragraph 2 of the Agreement must be completed prior to recording and a copy of the completed, recorded Agreement being provided to the SHIP Department.
