• 2.Requesting the Levy County Planning Commission to hear Petition No. SSA 25-02 for recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners. Petition No. SSA 25-02 Kenneth Metcalf, agent for Air 22 LLC. owner, petitioning the Planning Commission for a Small-Scale Land Use amendment from Low Density Residential to Commercial for parcel 051500010A containing approximately 21.25 acres. The subject parcel is located in Section 09 Township 13 Range 19 of Levy County, Florida.

• 3.QUASI-JUDICIAL - Requesting the Levy County Planning Commission to hear Petition No. CZ 25-03 for recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners. Petition No. CZ 25-03 Kenneth Metcalf, agent for Air 22 LLC. owner, petitioning the Planning Commission for an Official Zoning Atlas (map) amendment from R-1 to C-3 for parcel 051500010A containing approximately 21.25 acres. The subject parcel is located in Section 09 Township 13 Range 19 of Levy County, Florida.

• 4.REVISION TO PLANNING COMMISSION RULES OF PROCEDURE: In March 2025, the Planning Commission discussed revising its Rules of Procedure such that each year the then current Vice Chair would become the Chair and a new Vice Chair would be selected.  The County Attorney prepared draft Rules with that revision to Rule 5, and at its meeting on June 2, 2025, the Planning Commission requested the draft Rules be placed on the July agenda for consideration.
