PROCLAMATIONS/RECOGNITIONS

• 1.Presentation of milestone service awards for completion of five continuous years of service                                                   and at the end of every additional  5 years of service for the quarter ending March 31, 2025.

BUSINESS OR INFORMATIONAL ITEMS:

LEVY COUNTY HUMAN RESOURCES - Jacqueline Martin, Director

• 2.Present to the Board a “Release of Property Damage” form for their consideration.  This form  will release payment for damages to an awning at the Levy County Landfill.

• 3.Present proposed appointments to serve as the County’s Representatives on the Public Risk Management of Florida (PRM) Property & Casualty and Group Health Board of Directors.

LEVY COUNTY PLANNING & ZONING – Tara Howell, Director

• 4.Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners’ to adopt ORDINANCE NUMBER 2025-2 AN ORDINANCE OF LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE TEXT OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE RELATED TO LOT, YARD AND HEIGHT REGULATIONS, TREE AND OPEN SPACE REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENTS; PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION IN THE CODE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING DIRECTIONS TO THE CLERK AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

• 5.Requesting the Levy County Commissioners’ conduct a quasi-judicial public hearing on Petition No. SE 2024-2: William Menadier of Menadier Engineering, LLC, representing Landmark

  Apostolic Church Of Williston Inc. Requesting a Special Exception for an Educational Facility

  pursuant to Sec. 50-757; Educational Facilities of the Levy County Land Development Code to

  allow an addition to an existing Educational Facility known as Next Generation Christian

  Academy. Located on approximately 12.39 acres of land located at 5651 NE 167th Ct. Williston,

  Florida 32696 in Section 27, Township 12S, Range 18E, Levy County Florida.

• 6.Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners’ review PETITION NO. CPA 25-01: A presentation of the revised draft EAR Amendments and the accompanying Data and Analysis report as required by the CPTA grant from FloridaCommerce.
