• 2.Approve the INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN LEVY COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND THE LEVY COUNTY SHERIFF FOR ANIMAL SERVICES.

LEVY COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT – Landon Harrar, Manager

• 3.Approve submitting a letter of nomination to Governor DeSantis for three Opportunity Zone 2.0 Tracts in Levy County.

LEVY COUNTY GRANTS – Kari Bastow, Grants & Finance Manager

• 4.Approval of the Grant Agreement between the Florida Department of Management Services and the Levy County Board of County Commissioners for participation in the Local Government Cybersecurity Grant Program (Contract No. DMS-25/26-221), and authorization for the Chair to execute all associated documents.
