1.Review and make a recommendation on Petition No. TA 25-02: A request by Eda Consultants Inc., as agent, and Archer Road Real Estate LLC, as owner, for a Text Amendment to Section 50-1 Definitions of the Land Development Code of Levy County to add definition for Yard trash and domestic organic waste recycling facility means a Type II biosolids treatment facility receiving Class B biosolids for processing into Class AA biosolids, as classified by 40 CFR Part 503. Sec.50-700 Use Table to include the Use of Yard trash and domestic organic waste recycling facility (50-762) and Sec. 50-762 to include Yard trash and domestic organic waste recycling facility and requirements under Uses by Special Exception.
