LEVY COUNTY MANAGER – Mary-Ellen Harper, County Manager

• 2.Ratify the FIRST EXTENSION OF EMERGENCY DECLARATION AS DECLARED BY RESOLUTION NUMBER 2026 – 10.

• 3.Ratify the SECOND EXTENSION OF EMERGENCY DECLARATION AS DECLARED BY RESOLUTION NUMBER 2026 – 10.

• 4.Requesting the Levy County Board of County Commissioners to re-appoint Kelly Bishop to the Planning Commission for a term expiring April, 2030.

• 5.Receive a presentation on the Cow Creek Fire and consider establishing a work group to conduct a holistic evaluation of Fire and EMS service delivery in Levy County and provide recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners.

LEVY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY – Mitch Harrell, Director

• 7.Approve the purchase of a set of extrication tools in the amount of $25,761.15 from Southern Rescue Tools as a non-competitive procurement in accordance with Sec. 2-204(b) of County Code.

• 8.Approve the purchase of a power load in the amount of $29,364.77 from Stryker as a non-competitive procurement in accordance with Sec. 2-204(a) of County Code.

• 9.Approve the purchase of a 2026 Chevrolet Tahoe in the amount of $56,860.00 from Garber Chevrolet quoted under the Florida Sheriff’s Association Contract FSA 25VEL-33 in accordance with Sec. 2-200(c) of County Code.

LEVY COUNTY ENGINEER – Tom Strom

• 10.Direct staff to prepare a resolution to declare Elkins Road from its   southern terminus to CR 40 as surplus real property and to donate said   properties to the Town of Inglis.

LEVY COUNTY GRANTS – Kari Bastow, Grants & Finance Manager

• 11.Approve Subcontract Amendment No. 1 with SWCA Environmental Consultants, Inc. for the Suwannee Sound – Cedar Key Oyster Rocks Restoration Project (RFP_2025_002, Contract ID 2025_002), and authorize the County Manager to execute the amendment and all related documents.
